Right from my first contact with the Rethinqe team, everything has gone well and to plan.
The whole process was explained over the phone along with what the costs would be depending on which choice of LPA we would choose. This was backed up with an email explaining the costs etc. A
date was set for a home visit to go the
the forms. The gentleman who came to our house was over 1 hour early due to a cancellation, which from our point of view was good as we were a little tight
on time that day, therefore was good for
both parties.
The documents arrived in just over one
week, which we thought was really quick.
The documents are set out very well and
come with a good explanation of what to
do and not to do.
