My name as the sender was not mentioned and the recipient did not know who sent him. You people have charged me for delivery and committed such a grave misttake

I Did point out that children were waiting in anticipation. They won't see it now until tomorrow.

It took two days to deliver the order as I had ordered from a company outside the delivery area. They called to offer an alternative that could be delivered the next day. I accepted. However it wasn't delivered until day 2.
I was sent a photo of the flowers from the company. I was disappointed. It resembled two bunches put together to create one. Did not look professional at all and I emailed the company to say so. No reply.
Not a happy customer.
