I've wondered about cooking goat meat at home ever since trying it in a delicious meal at a local restaurant.

I'm thrilled with the collection of cuts I received, a really fab mix of different joints to try. So far so good, it's really versatile and not as greasy or over powering as lamb. I've pan fried chops, slow roasted the leg and made amazing meatballs out of the mince. Can't wait for a warm weekend so I can BBQ the steaks!
