"Not suitable for Alberta class 4 testing"

I studied on Tests.ca Premium for about 3 weeks and took the Alberta class 4 test in August 2023. I took a test at the Calgary Registry and failed. I was surprised and disappointed that only about 10% of what I learned on Tests.ca was covered. This learning site is not suitable for class 4 in Alberta at least. This is because the quizzes on this study site barely cover the Alberta Class 4 questions. Tests.ca support says It's important to understand that the actual exam questions are not public.....but maybe the Tests.ca questions database is outdated. Because Alberta no longer requires a class 4 driving test, this learning site still has class 4 driving test learning items. In addition, there are broken links on the site or items that are displayed even though they are not necessary for learning, so the pass rate will not be 100%. Isn't this a potential technical issue that would qualify for a refund?

The traffic signals in the practice I paid is not the one that comes in the test I took today. The membership called premium, lifetime access but only one year. I’m sure you need to upgrade the signs and signal to 2023

I gave a class 4 knowledge test recently but I am afraid your questions were only 10 percent of the knowledge test. You need to update with the recent questions as per the Alberta knowledge test scenarios..Expensive membership!!
