"Placed an order for their bookbinding…"

Placed an order for their bookbinding glue, as well as other items. My order arrived very promptly, just one problem, one items was missing, and despite numerous emails they never acknowledge or responded, and so I eventually gave up. Had the item been or greater value I would have pursued through small claims court. I would advise purchasing their products through a third party such as Create and Craft.
