"Fast and great value recovery service"

Our car broke down at the end of the M1 in London - it was incredibly stressful, but Paul was so calm and reassuring, and couldn't have been more helpful. The recovery truck arrived within an hour to take our car to a garage near to our home, and Paul kept in touch throughout. Because there were a few of us in the car and couldn't all travel in the truck, Paul even drove me and my son to a tube station so that we could get home. It was such an incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture, and we were so grateful. The recovery charge was also very reasonable. All in all, given the very high level of service we received, it was excellent value for money

"I needed to change my tire which was…"

I needed to change my tire which was absolutely flat and I could not drive my car. Within 20 minutes of my call I had my car picked up and taken to the tyres shop I work with. Friendly and competent staff, good price. The company is a good example of how service providers should work.

Brilliant, professional, reliable company.
Staff were extremely respectful, helpful and showed they cared by listening patiently to me as I was very agitated and wanted a quick response.
The tow truck was organised and I was kept updated regularly by the office staff and driver who was lovely. I felt confident I was in capable hands.
I would definitely use Breakdown Recovery again.

Super impressed. Carlos was excellent and very courteous as well as knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the issue and then when he discovered I didn’t have enough petrol he led the way to the petrol station to make sure he didn’t leave me in the same predicament as before but further away from home. We then found a further issue with the car which Carlos, in turn and with aplomb, also took care of.

Couldn’t recommend strongly enough.
