The watch my daughter purchased for me from Red Button is very easy to wear and use. The set up was very straightforward and Red Button are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. It has given me the confidence to go out and about knowing that if I had a fall l could call for help where ever I am.

Prompt delivery and auto set-up is easy. The instructions are too button-by-button and keep talking about phone settings, which I don't need/use - a reason for buying in the first place. I suspect that different instructions for different packages would be helpful
