I just rang for wheelchair information expecting to leave a message on a sunday.They picked up phone quickly ascertained I was in wrong location for their service.Was honest it would not be cost effective for me I need a closer location service.Instead of ending call as would have been absolutely reasonable . He stayed on call gave me advice information understanding and signposting to services in my area.This is a company that genuinely cares and wants to make wheelchair life better. I rarely write reviews but this was exceptional on professional and human level Thankyou.
