I would have no problem recommending them, a very good service backed up by an equally impressive support department. I have bought from them previously but when I needed an extra homeplug I mistakenly went to a high street store and bought one there. I quickly found it wouldn't work although I had been told it would by the store assistant. I quickly got a refund and then explained my situation to richard who very quickly suggested a solution and promptly sent my new homeplug which I received sooner than expected.
