"We chose Hamptons as a 'one-stop shop'…"

We chose Hamptons as a 'one-stop shop' to design, construct, fit-out etc. a major (to us at least) refit/ re-shape of the rear of our house including kitchen and bathrooms. Our choice was very much the result of personal recommendations and Hamptons did not disappoint.

The team started on the day that they said they would and finished pretty much on schedule too. They were tidy, polite and mindful that the work may trouble neighbours so kept skips regularly changed and vehicles considerately parked. I know this was appreciated because at least one has told me so.

Above all the team were great to work with. Apologies to those not mentioned by name but special mention to Dan who led an excellent construction team, Eraj and Jade on the kitchen and bathroom planning team, Frank a quite superb fitter, Greg on sparks, Andy the window fitter, Simon the decorator and not least Tracy for her updates and putting it all together.

We had a 2 story extension with Hamptons and I would highly recommend them.

Initial planning and designing was excellently coordinated by Jade and their architect. The actual project ran smoothly. Inevitably there were going to be hiccups with a project our size. But these were professionally managed and rectified. We are delighted with the final result and after care provided. Thank you for all the team, with a special mention to Tracy for getting the whole project completed.

Having had fairly awful experience with a previous company, we are delighted to have found Hamptons! They were competitively priced, efficient and professional throughout- both on site and in the office.
We had significant structural changes along with a new kitchen, and have found the whole experience to be smooth and great quality.
Jade, Tracey and Keira in the office are so quick to solve any queries. Rich (and later Warren) are hugely experienced and managed the site really well. The construction team were always very considerate of our young family- and very patient with our chatty 3yr old! Special mention to Dan, Seb, Greg and Jacko for their efforts. Finally Eraj on the kitchen team who has the patience of a saint with indecisive customers and created a beautiful design for us, which will last many years to come.
There are too many to mention, but also the construction team/plasterers/window fitters/roofers/decorators/kitchen design team, thank you all!

The work was managed efficiently onsite day by day with helpful support from the office to resolve any issue that arose. Any construction process you go through is likely to create worries so you want a team that deals with your concerns and gives you confidence that the job will complete as specified. Based on our experience we highly recommend Hamptons.

I would definitely recommend Hampton Group - from the initial design with Eraj, to the fitment with Gary and then any follow ups with Laurie, we have been really pleased with the outcome. "Chimney Breast Removal Tamworth"

We received a very professional service from start to finish, office staff at Hampton were friendly & great at communication. We were supplied with all the information needed right down to a milestone map for each part of the process.
Chimney breasts were removed in the dining room / back bedroom & partway into the loft. The work was carried out in the height of the summer, with the loft especially being an awkward space however the workmen just got on with it and were very expedient (in fact the project was completed early!
Extremely please with the results as it has left us with more space & looks great.

We had a two-storey extension plus kitchen and 2 bathrooms done by Hampton in 2022-23, and they were brilliant throughout. It’s a huge decision choosing a company to undertake such a big project with but the customer support from Jade, Keira and Tracey as well as the guidance from Rich Hawley made us feel so at ease with everything. Their quote was also very competitive for the work involved.
They were very accommodating and happy to add and subtract additional works as we came across things we wanted to change.
On site the guys were very clean and tidy, and very kind and considerate to neighbours. Rob who was the site lead for much of the project was great and was very helpful in raising any issues with the office.
We had a few issues arise as things progressed as expected with a project this size, but these were sorted promptly with very little fuss and the after service has also been great.
I guess the key question is would we go to Hampton again for another project and I can honestly say they’d be the first people I’d call, and I doubt I’d bother getting any other quotes for the work.
