"Didn't receive refund for return"
I ordered two pair of shoes for 500 Euro total. They looked way cheaper than the pictures looked and also one box was damaged. I sent them back and they didn't send me the refund even 13 days after the return was delivered to them and didn't reply to my emails. In the end I had to get my money back through PayPal.
One more thing: On instagram they advertised their new shoes by showing boxes with socks and tennis balls included but when I got mine, it was just the shoes. Disappointing

"Don't order anything from this company"
Don't order anything from this company. Ordered a 136 pound t-shirt. Dhl driver turned up with a card reader saying I owed 60 pound import tax. Refused the parcel, tried getting in touch with Casablanca. Impossible.
Absolutely futile.

"Not to be trusted..."
Although 'shipping' was totally free over 300 - I was asked to pay a tax of £430 to receive the items by DHL as the import taxes had not been paid. I have to ring HMRC to get this money back (half of) as I am returning 1 out of the 2 shirts ordered.
However, since receiving the item, correspondence has stopped and I am beginning to think this may be a fraudulent outfit... will update accordingly

Customer service is not reliable, multiple individuals tend to have shipment issues with this company. Customer service will not respond to issues and are not truthful when they do respond

J’ai commander une paire de basket depuis le 31 décembre 2021. Aucune nouvelle concernant l’envoi.
J’ai envoyer pleins de mails avec zéro réponse en retour.
Je comprends pas qu’une marque qui vends des fringue à 3 chiffres puisse avoir une service client complètement inexistant.

"Clothes are brilliant, customer service is dreadful"
The clothes are brilliant, incredible quality and love the design. They were my favourite brand until I realised how awful the customer service is. After emailing three times about an issue with the cost of import, they finally replied but then have been silent ever since leaving me with a cost of over £70 that they said they will pay.
Also if you try to call them, don't bother, the recorded voice on the phone will say they're closed even though their website says they're open.

Honestly is very bad customer service , they provide a phone number but No service at all on the phone only through emails ,,,, I purchased from them a sneakers , purchased on October 6 th and till October 28 no shipping and no logic answer to my issue , I placed an other order on October 15 I gir it but the first order I didn’t , they sent me email for shipping confirmation , but through the truck numbers the shipping’s shows still in Brussel , Belgium , I contacted DHL , they confirmed to me that the shipper did not handle the iatcel to them yet and they , Casablanca sent the sipping confirmation and the track number based on the DHL filled form only ….. to conclude is very bad customer service sorry to say it but us reality , I paid 160 € euros for the sneakers and 40 euros for the shipping fees but almost one month and nothing happened and no logic answer from their customers service … I sent another email tk the sales service explaining my issue and I asked for refund …. Waiting the answer , hopefully they will not totally cheat me and hopefully they won’t grab my money
