Excellent service and great little sign. Can’t wait to the recipients face when they get it at Christmas.

We ordered as a joke product, but the quality is excellent. The speed of delivery cannot be faulted.

And it was all in Greek !

Just got a printed sign I ordered on Friday - I'm happy with the quality, the sign was well-packaged. The DHL Express delivery is timely too and well worth the extra fee. I'm impressed that I got the product on Monday morning after I ordered on Friday at noon. Would recommend this company.

spent most of my time chasing up order , no telephone number on site. found out they were being shipped from overseas not from the Bristol address on website..co.uk after a week the sign peeled off the aluminium useless wont be using this company again

"First order never arrived and no contact number"

First order never arrived. I contacted the company and they said they would have to trace through the postage system. I then had to chase them up as I was waiting for signs. Not overly impressed to be honest. I know that when things go missing it is not their fault it was just the fact I had to chase up and then wait longer for my signs and then finally (and I felt reluctantly) I was sent a replacement. Also I though this was a UK company and in fact the stuff is shipped from overseas so there was no contact number - no matter how much I searched I could only get in touch via email and then had to wait for a reply which dragged the whole procedure out. Not a great experience. Signs ok when they arrived

After a long search online, Marktek was the cheapest and had the most user friendly website along with lots of design options.

Once the order was made, their customer service was very quick to respond to us to check the final layout and make recommendations.

When the sign was delivered, unfortunately it arrived partially bent.
I got back to customer service again and they were happy to make a replacement asap with no fuss at all.

The re-order came with extra packaging and this time everything was perfect.
