I take it a couple times a day and at bedtime since I’ve been taking it at bedtime I sleep all night waking up rested this works much better than the Methocarbamol that I was taking at bedtime!

I have been suffering from some pretty bad pain, it was in my lower back which happened after a recent accident. It would keep me up at night and would keep me from enjoying my life.
