Når det virker er det godt, når ikke så ikke.
Får man afvist en anmeldelse, får man dette ikke oplyst pr mail.
Man får heller ikke mulighed for at gøre den om, selv om der tid tilbage.
Når man så skriver til dem via deres chat, som er åben, og hvor der står at man får svar indenfor et par minutter, så går dog mere, efter 15 min ingen svar. Men jeg bliver hængende, for det er meget sjovt, dog skal man vide at sker der fejl eller andet, så er ens tid spildt og man må ikke prøve igen.

Seems like an incredibly unprofessional and junk business. As part of their "application process", you will need to spend more than three hours completing a case study. And if you get a subsequent rejection, there is no feedback - they do not have that kind of resources (as opposed to their candidates whose time they have no regard for). If you call in later to try and retrieve any kind of response you get to speak to a rude employee, who will laughingly tell you that there simply wasn't a match.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Simply based on their attitude towards ordinary people.

I have made over 15 surveys and this is the way i got many new football jerseys in my collection due to usertribe.
Everybody Can do this surveys on computer or smartphone sometimes also, so it is for everybody!

"I have not received my referral payment…"
I have not received my referral payment no one will respond to emails. The person who I referred completed the project and also had to fight to get paid. They will respond on Facebook Messenger but nothing really comes of it. I was finally sent an email telling me I would be paid at the end of the week last week and I still haven't been paid. I don't find it very funny either that they told me I would get paid at the end of the week last week and then also asked me to refer more people and still haven't paid me.

"Overall a good experience"
I participated in a test in which I had to take a stand towards different aspects of a specific website. For completing the test, I was awarded a gift voucher.
The testing setup generally worked well and provided the user the option to participate from home using own equipment. However, some of the flow, especially the introduction to the test, was very repetitive e.g. had to state your name and email four times. This could cause some testers to exit the flow even before the actual test has begun

Some Swedish employee from Usertripe contacts me on LinkedIn, stating she was interested in our product. Then she sends me a survey in Swedish (I'm Danish) to fill out.
I do so and expect my gift card, but nothing happens. Then I follow up via. the e-mail with no response.
