"Not a good experience, long delay and poor packaging."
I’ve had good experiences with them in the past, and used them again because of that and because they offer competitive pricing.
However, this time there was a week and a half wait before my order was even processed, after which four of the cards I’d order were refunded due to not actually being in stock. A few days later when I actually received the order, the cards were just loose in an envelope and 2 had been substituted for versions I hadn’t ordered. I wouldn’t usually mind a substitution, but I would have appreciated being asked first especially when the art or the border is not the same.
After this I don’t think I’d use them again, shipping them loose was enough for me to decide that, it’s not a good way to package cards. Although, it doesn’t appear to matter since the website is now closed.

"They had the cards I needed"
They had the cards I needed, when other sites didn't.
But unfortunately I haven't received them after a week and have received no follow up email about dispatch.
I have emailed both them and the geeks (as suggested) but have not yet had a return email.
I would love to give them 5 stars and most likely will be able to change it once I receive some correspondence.

"Cards sent for credit order; no response"
Sent a card order to them for credit, just before the last lockdown in November 2020. Wasn't expecting them to take as long as it has been (as of end of June 2021, no reply, or credit given), but after several e-mails to them regarding either the loss of cards, or and update from them, I have received nothing back from them.
Their level of customer service is appalling, as whether lockdown is happening or not, it takes two minutes to send an e-mail back regarding issues. I have since found other sites to use instead of using this one.

"6 days to send my order out, 12 days before my order arrived."
It took 6 days before my order was sent out, after I emailed asking about my order. Day 11 I got told a card wasn't in stock. The parcel finally arrived on day 12.

Card singles shipped without any protection, arrive severely bent.
Multiple emails and contact via web-form on the website over the last 2 and a half weeks without a response.

"Late/terrible customer service"
Had to chase them down for my order and never got a response past the first "I'll get back to you." Then day before it's delivered I get half my order refunded and I find in its place two random booster packs, one of which isn't even for the game I ordered!! I'd give 0 stars if it were an option

"It has been almost a month and I have…"
It has been almost a month and I have yet to receive an email to confirm shipment, nor the item itself. I have sent several emails with no reply to any of them other than an automated system, the phone contact number also has an automated response denying contact other than through the unresponsive email address.
