I spent over a $1000 on the scooter. I loved it. I got it in June and in July it started falling apart. It is made of plastic parts. The wiring came lose to the horn which was ok. Then the knob that screws the entire steering column broke for no reason. It has taken me til recently to get the part replaced. The company would not replace the warrantied part ( supposed to have warranty for a year) . I had to pay $53 to order it and it was back ordered. Cart could not be used without it.
I was so angry. The nice lady locally tried everything to no avail to get it replaced. Didn’t help. I am not sure I would order this again. It’s not made well at all with all the plastic parts. I would look elsewhere for sure.
