Delivered us an extra pallet by mistake, then gave a scary looking legal letter the next day demanding the return of the goods after we had already unboxed and repaired some of the goods in the extra pallet, even claiming that one of the things was missing even when we had given everything we had received. Was a massive pain to deal with
