They cancelled our order because they wanted to avoid there sellers fees on amazon/ebay they told us by using other firm amazon to ship there item it would get damaged and then when I said we wanted to stay as we are and contine with purchase via amazon rather than direct they cancelled our order

I visited powerhouse after my washing machine broke down. They had a selection of machines various priced, they provided advice. Good price, took my old one away and delivery for additional 20 quid being local.
Very convenient for me easy purchase.
