"Why all these negative reviews?"
I don’t know about you guys and I don’t know about all these negative reviews but I got 2 PSG replica jerseys from 2 different seasons around 6 months apart. The 2nd order was actually a full kit as well and I got them both. As a matter of fact, the shipping was so fast it gave me the jerseys 8 days before it told me they would arrive. Also, the 2nd order was a custom jersey and if you’re gonna ask anyone about the wuality of them, it’s not the best because they don’t use the official fonts for each club or team but hey, it’s better than nothing. Their deals are in fact real and I did get 25% off my order with the FALL25 (now expired) code. Will be ordering 2 jerseys for each of the remaining leagues in Europe (Bundesliga, Premier League, Serie A, La Liga).

J’ai commandé deux maillots sur ce site, et je comprends pas du tout les commentaires négatifs car j’ai été agréablement surpris de la rapidité pour l’expédition. En moins de 48 heures les deux maillots que j’ai commandés ont été expédiés et je les aient reçus en à peine 1 semaine alors que je vie en France et que le colis a été expédié depuis les usa (pour la livraison j’ai pris FedEx qui est légèrement plus cher mais plus rapide qu’international mail)

So I should have read these reviews prior to placing an order with this company. I paid $190 for 2 jerseys and I never received my order # 0430179217. WSS supposedly shipped my order by FedEx and they had a delivery photo of SOMEONE ELSES FRONT PORCH. I contested and emailed them and never heard anything so I filed a claim via PayPal, method I chose to pay which was mistake # 2. Finally get a response from WSS and all they can do is give me a gift card valued @ my order, $190. I really wanted a refund but no worries at least it’s something. So I call PayPal and tell them to cancel the claim they say ok BUT DIDN’T DO IT. So WSS removes the $$ from gift card saying I have to deal with PayPal now. Guess what PayPal does SIDES IN WSS FAVOR cause of the tracking photo even though I say it’s not my porch! I call FedEx and they say the way the shipment was setup by WSS only they can file a lost package claim receiver aka me can’t file squat. So I’m calling PayPal begging them to help me out and do something since I’m out $190 and no items and they recommended that I dispute with my bank so it can be further investigated. So that’s where I’m at now. Over a month of back and forth and no idea if I’ll ever get my money back for stuff I never received. WSS is for sure a GIANT SCAM with terrible customer service but I’m so shocked with PayPal, they must be in cahoots. Terrible companies all around. Don’t make the mistake I did, please avoid them both!

"Horrible experience!!!"
This is a joke of a company!!! Customer service just sends you in circles repeatedly and you are stuck with your purchase reguardless of wether or not you want to return it. Bought this shirt under the impression it was as advertised, it is NOT! It is a much lighter green then shown in the pictures and the worse part is it's a SLIM FIT which was not made clear at any point. This won't even fit my son who is 14, 110 lbs and 5'9. This is a joke. Dont buy this unless you are anorexic, and even then it will be much 2 small. To top it all off, they removed my review from their website so people wouldn't know how bad they are.

Order placed for Spain Away Authentic Shirt (order number 0430286588) and promised that the item will be posted out within the day committed which is yesterday. Deadline missed and email to customer service and keep mentioned will send out with 2 business day. Very disappointed with WSS which I still give it a shot and maybe I am wronged…

"Terrible customer service & false advertising"
Terrible customer service. Waited 3 months for my son’s jersey to get shipped out, when it arrived the number on the back was an adult size number not a kids number, it basically covered the whole back of the jersey. World soccer shop didn’t acknowledge this and said that it’s how it is despite me showing them examples of what it should of looked like, then they said I purchased the item more than 60 days and they cant do anything. Absolute joke! Of course it was purchased more than 60 days ago it took them over 90 days to ship it. Useless customer service. Don’t shop here!!!

"Worst customer service I've ever experienced."
Ordered a $200+ Mystery cleat box. Received a Puma King Platinum 21. A 3 year old cleat that retailed for $199.99 and valued around $100 right now.
Called in to customer service today and told them that the $199.99 cleat I received should have been in the $150-200 cleat box instead of $200+.
Manager came on, i explained to him everything, and he told me nope this is correct. I told the manager that as a consumer, we would feel ripped off getting a 3 year old cleat that is selling for $100 right now. but Manager insists that $199.99 = $200+ so consumer would not feel ripped off. We argued about how I believe 199.99 is literally not $200+ and it is considered false advertisement but he said he only cares about his belief which is that 199.99 = 200. and will offer me a 1 cent refund.
The very first customer service agent I contacted via email offered a $15 gift card but the manager today said "I will not give you anything".
I only asked for a better gift card value to match the amount I overpaid so I can use it to buy something else in the future as a repeat customer.
This manager is unprofessional, arrogant, and most importantly unempathetic. I believe he needs to be retrained on customer service because he obviously does not care about the lifetime value of a customer.
I told him I will be posting this experience on social media and he said go ahead and that the call is recorded. I'm not sure how that's relevant but you guys can definitely use it for training purposes.
He can stand his ground on his beliefs which is fine but this is definitely not the way to speak to a customer.

The supervisor of customer service and care called me and provided a $15 refund. I've also provided her the date and time of my interaction with the manager. I'm not sure if you guys will contact him and listen to the call recording but I think we can consider this matter resolved. thank you for your help
