"Non-existent customer service, no response"

Very disappointing, non-existent customer service. Made contact regarding an order, left message etc, but no response. The 48 Royal Mail delivery is a 4-day delivery and no other delivery option when going through checkout. They do say 48 hour delivery option takes 3-5 days, but it’s not helpful. Extremely disappointing company.

Really good quality gardening products just in kids sizes and colours - not toys, which inevitably snap or just don't work and leave the kids disappointed and turned off gardening - these are the real article. I'm quite jealous as a lot of "for ladies" adult tools are worse quality than these are! so we get stuck with either men-size tools or rubbish in lilac. At least the next generation will grow up with better expectations, my six year old girl was delighted and wanted to get going asap.

"Silly miniscule number of seeds"

Silly miniscule number of seeds. One pack claims to have some 600!! Native British Wildflower patio pot mix of seeds. I bought three packs of various pot seed mixes and none would fill the head of a matchstick. Cost me £10. Silly money must be making a fortune when you consider each flower makes so many seeds for free.

This offer to review came a few days after the sale of my ONE order so I havent seen what will show up yet in the summer but I wont hold my breath. Its a dodgy business indeed. Just go out on a nature walk and collect your own seeds by shaking the flower heads into an envelope.
