hello, I wanted to share my situation and opinion that deserves 110% positive to things.
I ordered 3 magazines for RTI prophet 2. They came to me within 96 hours. I had them in my hand but after opening the package it was not these magazines. Someone made a mistake while packing so I grabbed my phone and wrote on WhatsApp I sent a photo and got the reply "I'm sorry for the mistake and
we are already sending the correct magazines" and the actual magazines were sent to the courier on the same day and as compensation I received a T-shirt from RTI and I, being an honest customer, sent the wrong magazines back to the company.
I wanted to emphasize that we are only human and everyone can make a mistake and the company really impressed me that they didn't wait for a return, they just gave the correct order right away big bravo for such a company and for the people who work there 👏👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👍👍👍👍
