I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THESE PEOPLE EXIST SIMPLY DUE TO THE FACT THERES ZERO COMMUNICATION.

BILLS ARE NEVER SENT AND THEY HAVE TO CHASED COUNTLESSLY TO GET A BILL THEN ITS NEVER BASED ON TRUE FIGURES BUT A FAR HIGHER ESTIMATE
