The absolute worst experience ever! ZERO STARS! I am shocked that BBB has even accredited these crooks! I am second guessing my companies envolvement with the BBB now. After all of these reviews I've read. I am semi relieved to know I am not even close to being the only one with the same issues. I'd just be repeating more of the same. The number one thing I encountered is the disrespect and unprofessional demeanor they exhibit in the customer service department. You just don't leave a customer a voicmail of you laughing while leaving call back info! After you knowingly, upset the customer. I won't name the individual on this review because I am a professional! I have saved the voice-mail for evidence purposes etc. I will say that I shouldn't be surprised with this outcome, based on where this company is located. Blatant disregard for customer service and following through on what they say they can provide. And now as childish as it is, they are refusing to give up what's needed to make there copy and paste website from showing up. I'm with Town Square now and I made a conference call with them to customer service, and they are not even allowed to talk back and forth to resolve the issues. I think it's because they know they will get schooled when it comes to doing it they right way. Town Square had my site and everything buit and Rolling in three weeks flat. These adiq crooks just fake it the whole way through. That's my experience! Never Again!

When they set up appointments, they miss the time to call on the appointment that they set up. Then they don’t set up appointments with you to call. They just call you randomly multiple times in a row.

I wanted to transfer my business domain and they told me it would be $1000 to get control of my domain again. Shady business practices. Domains are free to transfer with a yearly registration payment of generally around $20. Be careful of their contracts!
