"The worst cleaning company I ever deal"

The worst cleaning company I ever deal, run guys as quick as u can absolutely terrible job. They left lots of water on my wood floor like lots I had to keep cleaning the water after them they even didn’t use any cleaning product just a water😱what a joke, they left lots of marks on my velvet bed.
My bed head it’s soaking wet I had to put all my towels to be able to sleep. Thanks god I didn’t let them touch my mattress. They didn’t give me any invoice no recipe nothing like what the hell😱 it’s perfect topic to current affair 😡I’m so bloody angry that I can’t express myself. As when they arrived when I see the old vacuum I said thank you u not gonna do anything in my house. Than their boss rang me and said I had to pay anyway so I decided give it a go 😡I shouldn’t regret now 😢

Didn’t show up. Rang three times to be told job was in their system. Finally someone rang and said the operator had misunderstood. Waited all afternoon at a rental property. Terrible!!

These guys did a great job for the right price. Their guys, Harry and Joseph in early in the morning as agreed and steamed clean my mattress to their pristine state. The attitude is professional, accommodating, meticulous and helpful. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

I would give no stars if I could. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They tried to charge more money for stains and when we refused the mattress ended up looking the same as before they came. They charged $200, and when I called to complain the so called manager told me not to call again and said they did the best they could. Just a nightmare, deceptive company trading under many names.

The mattress still had the same odour before and after the mattress was cleaned. Still had many stains. They charged extra than I was and said one mattress needed more effort and then charged an extra $20 because he said that the prices quoted were all without GST! The website makes HUGE claims about how clean they can get the mattress. The website is deceptive and so is the pricing. Spoke with the manager and he was not willing to do anything to satisfy an unhappy customer.

The Staff did a fabulous job with cleaning my mattress, it’s just like to make new again. all stains have been completely removed. I would highly recommend Deluxe Mattress Cleaning and will definitely use their services again.
