"Dead cell phone --- arrrrggggh!!"

DISCLAIMER - THIS IS THE 2ND TRUSTPILOT REVIEW I'VE DONE TODAY AND THEY BOTH REGISTER INCORRECT AS HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS HAPPENS BUT IT IS AN ERROR THAT I CAN'T CORRECT. I AM HIGHLY SATISFIED - THUS THE 5 STARS.

Even though this review is way past due, I was so happy with the service, I wanted to be sure to write about it. In late August (don't remember exact date) my cell phone died at the most inopportune time as I was just about to leave the country. A dead cellie is traumatic in the best of circumstances. I thought it was just a battery replacement issue but turns out that wasn't it, and my phone couldn't be salvaged. Long story short, they were able to also help me set up my next phone. Crisis averted in the nick of time. I appreciated their professionalism and calmness, despite their brisk business traffic. The place is popular because they do good work and I was happy to find them.
