"Bought a Hoover Integrated Freezer - no problems"

Bought a Hoover Integrated Freezer - not used but with a few marks on it. They contacted me by phone and kept in touch by texts. It was all ready for collection when I got there and the two guys were very helpful, not least helping me put it in my car.
The item was as described.

"Cheating on price"

Worst company, Cheating on the price for spares, show you the highest price website on the market to drivert you. The manufacturer website 50% cheaper than this people. If still needed something then must check with manufacturer website before you go. Last week I paid double the amount for spare parts due to urgency.

Seems like a Scam company see other reviews H& A appliances limited goes onto liquidation then opens other company .

"I purchased a NEFF induction hob"

I purchased a NEFF induction hob from them in October last year. I also had problems contacting them but eventually found a mobile number and we exchanged SMS messages.
I drove down (I believe they only work on a collection only basis) and found their store very chaotic but they appear to know where everything is. They got the unit out and connected it up to power, then invited me to come over and inspect it for damage. It all appeared to be fine. I bought the hob as part of a large kitchen upgrade so I didn’t have it connected up until mid-December. It didn’t work. After contacting them I was told it was out of the 28 day warranty and to contact NEFF for assistance. The NEFF engineer took the glass top off and removed some pieces of glass and insulation from inside. He then replaced the top and by pressing about 10 cm to the left of any button the unit would work correctly. I was told by the engineer that the hob top had been damaged and replaced with the wrong top. I’m now waiting for a replacement from NEFF. Conclusion – don’t have anything to do with them.

"Appalling customer service - Avoid"

Like many similar recent reviews, this business has no clue in how to treat its customers. Was attempting to purchase an induction hob, i'd seen advertised on ebay (best offer). But after several attempts they never pick up their phone nor replied to ebay messages, when i wanted to ask a few questions on the product warranty or how to arrange delivery to London from Birmingham. We resorted trying to transact business via text messages where i ended up having to chase them to give them my money (madness on my behalf)!! Thankfully, i feel i had a lucky escape as it all fell through 3 weeks after they gave me their courier details but said i could only pay on collection in Birmingham. I recommend you take your custom and hard-earned elsewhere.

"Terrible Company- Avoid"

Terrible Company- Avoid

Have tried over one week to contact them about an oven. Several emails, numerous telephone calls, WhatsApp messages and SMSs. No-one answers the phone ever. I was trying to arrange to collect an oven from them in Birmingham. It would take me 4 hours to get there and I wanted to make sure they had it in stock before driving that distance.
I can imagine you'd have a huge problem if you had a fault with an item, it would be impossible to get hold of anyone there. Avoid them and pay more, the other reviews are equally as shocking.

Most of positive feedback is fake.
Trying contact them over 2 weeks
16 emails
SMS about 10
WhatsApp about 10 massage
Tel both desk and mobile just forgot if you expect anybody will answer impossible I trying about 40times no answer at all
I read opinions n can't believe any positive feedback is true. I was planning traveling there 360km but after them opinions n my experience that not gonna happend. In my opinion better pay 100£ more and get new one and let them keep all of the stuff

"Bought a American fridge Freezer was faulty"

Bought a American fridge Freezer was huge set it up home fridge till this day doesn't work. My parents are diabetics and need there medication in right temperature. Havnt them stop over for awhile due to this. I now saving up to buy from Currys. This family business are a con and don't want to know when had the money. Customer service is a 0!

Excellent value and was exactly as described on ebay .1 or 2 slight marks but came with a big saving compared with other suppliers, certainly well worth the money
