"Sehr enttäuscht vom Geschäftsgebaren…"

Sehr enttäuscht vom Geschäftsgebaren dieser Firma. Ich habe einen Laptop HP für knapp 1000 € (inclusive software 1273,95 €) gekauft der beim Zwischenhändler bestellt wurde, und ich bin irrtümlich davon ausgegangen, dass das Gerät einen touchscreen habe, das war mein Fehler, den ich erst bemerkte als ich das Gerät in der Hand hatte. Das Gerät wurde nicht umgetauscht, auch kein Kompromiss angeboten, den neuen, unbenutzten Laptop gegen eine Gebühr umzutauschen. Jedes andere Unternehmen gestattet einen Umtausch, jeder online-Kauf geht mit Umtauschrecht einher. Ich wollte den lokalen Einzelhandel unterstützen und das kam mich nun teuer zu stehen. Die Laptops sind bei Mediamarkt / Tevi etc. preiswerter und problemlos umtauschbar. Nie wieder!

Nachdem ich mir einen neuen Computer zugelegt habe wollte ich einen zuverlässigen Service miterwerben.
Deshalb kaufte ich das Spitzenmodell in einem Fachandel zum Preis von 978€ + Installationservice von 264€
Nach 6 Wochen stürzte mein Window 11 System ab.
Deshalb brachte ich diesen zurück in der Hoffnung auf Garantie.
Weit gefehlt......
Für das neu aufsetzen von Windows 11 habe ich noch einmal 312 € bezahlen müssen.
Die hälfte des Preises wurde mir gnädigerweise erlassen sodass ich dennoch 168 € gezahlt habe.
Unter Service stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor. Nie mehr wieder

"Bad service ..."

I'd like to share my experience with this service as this might be useful for someone else. I found this service from the internet and based on its feedback, I decided to try their service out hoping that they will be able to solve my problem.

In my laptop, all the files saved in Desktop have been deleted out of the blue, and I could not figure out what is the reason provided that backup from the cloud did not help either. To tackle this problem, I tried out free version of some recovery software on the internet and they did actually backed up my files but nevertheless, they were all appeared as corrupted. So, I went for this service as my last hope and I really regret for that decision.

They said there might be a chance to recover all the files using their premium version software. On the other hand, they also said that if we realize there is no chance to back up at all, we will stop the recovery process and you will pay maximum of around 60€, which seemed to me worth a shot. In the end, I paid 132€ for nothing. No files can be opened (pdf files display they are corrupted or damaged) and this was exactly the same result I also got using free recovery software. So, their service was completely useless considering the fact that I paid this huge amount of money as an international student in Germany.

I demanded at least to partially reimburse my money but they refused (however, I have been said that they will talk with their director and see maybe this could help but again no result). I don't believe either they spent 1 hour and a half for this job without any result (the service charges 22€ for 15 mins work –
6 ∙ 22€ = 132€).

Please don't get me wrong, I have nothing PERSONAL with their employees. As a customer, I'm not satisfied AT ALL with their service and also very furious as I paid that amount for nothing. If we consider THEY are PC-Service Company, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION should be their KEY VALUE instead of just earning money.

Thus, if you are a student and have a tight budget, NEVER GO there. This is my personal recommendation and as I said, I have nothing personal either with their workers or services done so far.

"Entäuschend"

Zwar konnte der PC mit Blue Screen schnell wieder in Gang gesetzt werden. Jedoch wirbt PC Weingarten mit erfahrenen Technikern, welche ohne weiteres Blue Screen Probleme beheben können. Dem ist leider nicht so. Es musste Win 10 wieder installiert werden. Und für welchen Preis. Unverschämt. Das war mir eine Lehre. Das mache ich in Zukunft wieder selbst.
