They cancelled our villa which we'd booked in January for the end of July, 6 weeks before. Zero availability now and what we've got is smaller, 2000 more expensive and further from the beach. They have not helped with the extra money or compensation. They took nail biting weeks to refund the villa, which we'd paid in full 2 days before they cancelled.

cutlery and some glasses was dirty
many classes had chips in the
BBQ had not been cleaned
it is such a shame as the house itself is nice
you should warn people that there is motorway noise
