"I have tried to contact BodyPharm serveral and they do not respond."

My order has not been delivered by the courier company. I have tried to contact BodyPharm by WhatsApp and I have sent three emails and they do not respond. I cannot make a complaint to the courier company as the customer is Bodypharm but I have had no response to my contacts. The experience is very negative, as the order is for a large amount and I don't have it.

Vdaka za zasielku dnes mi prisla, som stastna ze nakoniec po tej mojej negativnej recenzii/firma propaguje rozoslanie tovaru do 48h, mne dorazil za 10 dni, na mail odpovedali len raz a sledovanie zasielky bolo v stopke, a najma som sa obavala za uz zaplatenú zasielku/ , tovar dorazil v poriadku a kompletne.
