EICR Cert

"With EICR Cert"
With EICR Cert, I scheduled a boiler service as well as an EICR, and everything went smoothly. Despite having a hectic schedule, the engineer managed everything effectively and came on time. The experience was hassle-free since the communication was direct and unambiguous. I sincerely appreciate the commitment and professionalism.

"From the courteous and competent office…"
From the courteous and competent office personnel to the knowledgeable gas and electrical experts who have maintained our homes, EICR Cert is an exceptional business. They have excellent dependability and knowledge, and their prices are quite affordable. Strongly advised!

"A scam"
A scam! Do not use this website to book your electric inspection. As previous other reviews say. They do the inspection but you don't get the certificate after paying, then they want more money to fix any faults they've found! I have refused to pay for any remedial work until I get the certificate. They sort of know the law. I've now reported mine to the council. If someone called George quotes you for the inspection, avoid at all costs. Also check they are registered with someone like NICEIC first as you can report them to them if you get any issues. Lesson learnt anyway. What I would say is, the Gov.uk website insists on you having a cert if you are a landlord but the whole EICR cert is not properly regulated so you are open to being scammed by dodgy electricians and they think they can get away with it.

"If I could give minus stars I would THIS IS A SCAM "
"If I could give minus stars, I would. WARNING: This company is an absolute FRAUD. Avoid at all costs. The so called 'good reviews' are fake and written by them to continue scamming innocent people. They have robbed me, a pensioner with very limited income, of my hard earned savings. I trusted them and paid for a service I never received. They claim certificates are sent a few days after payment, but in reality, they are just waiting for the funds to clear before disappearing. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!"

"They deserve 5 stars!!!"
I have to give EICR Cert five stars. The manager and the engineer (Rehman) went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I received my certificate by a deadline that I had. They took my calls after hours, worked on a Sunday and Rehman was efficient and knowledgeable, explaining everything I needed to know. So helpful. Thank you!!!

"paid upfront"
paid upfront, engineer came round and did not get the report,
Telephoned and they said that I did not pay for it and wanted proof.
After a few days of telephoning and sending proof of payment,
Finally got the cert.
Would not use again.

"A company to avoid"
Despite my paying for a certificate and endless promises that I would receive it imminently, the certificate has not been provided. This company has taken our money and failed to provide any service. It is absolutely to be avoided and should be reported to trading standards and the police.

"Incompetent, absolutely avoid"
I hired EICR Cert to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment on my flat and communal areas as one was required for my sale. EICR Cert were by far the cheapest I found however you get what you pay for and I strong advise you go elsewhere.
The reports (thats reports plural as there were various versions) almost cost me my buyer and subsequently my onward purchase. The reports were filled with grammatical errors such as changing tenses mid sentence or spaces in the middle of words, spelling mistakes but more importantly filled with factually incorrect statements and referencing wrong legislation.
Its clear to me the report was put together by using a prior properties report as a template - simply overtyping it with my address and attaching a few photos. This lead to various back and forths and the various different reports but each time the report would come back with a different error such as mentioning fire extinguishers need servicing (we don't have extinguishers) or the way the communal front door opens would change from inwards to outwards. It was an uphill struggle speaking to them on the phone in broken English and their incorrect and poorly written reports suggesting thousands of pounds worth of work were required. As time was of the essence with the sale I hired another company who were actual professionals and knew what they were talking about. The property sold no issues and all that was required was a basic lighting upgrade in the hallway.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for Fire Risk Assessments. Perhaps they should stick to EICRs and leave the FRAs to those in the know.
I complained to the office (I suspect the assessors wife) asking for a refund but didn't get a response.
