My boiler fitting went smoothly. Vincent was a nice efficient man, who tidied up after himself, was polite and taught me a little bit more about boilers and how they’re fitted. I shall be a boiler fitting apprentice before I know it. Every days a school day.

Gary who came last week to try to mend my poor old boiler was super efficient too and also very informative too. They've got a lovely team there and it shows, they both loved their jobs. Which is lovely to see in a family run business.

I’m happy with the service I received. I felt it was important to say that, as people are quick enough to complain, but not so quick to give out praise and compliments. Thank you, I shall look forward to warming myself this evening when I put my heating on, without fear that my old boiler will blow a gasket or flood my utility room again.

Were prompt and helpful do a site visit, discuss options and provide estimates when our old gas boiler failed a year ago. Demonstrated awareness of our priorities and of the available technologies. Flexible on agreeing installation date, and carried out the work with minimal disruption. Friendly and tidy staff. Helpful on the phone and in responding to email queries. System has now been in place for a year with no problems and reduced bills.
Company appears large enough to provide expertise and resilience but small enough to give personal and local service.
