I made a purchase of a vape and the batteries required after this company being recommended to me. Battery not lasting 2 hours. I emailed them to let them know on October 8th. Product was purchased on October 1st. Batthery depleates as you vape, 10 draws and device is dead. I bought 4 more batteries and same thing happens. I got a response on October 12th asking did i want a refund or replacement. I said replacement on the 12th of October and needless to say I am still waiting! I emailed again on November 1st throught their facebook messenger also. i am very disappointed

I placed an order through this site last night and received an angry phone call this morning demanding to know how I placed the order. I then asked, who can place an order. The phone call concluded after the customer "support" shouted profanities down the phone, called me an idiot and hung up.

I have some serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of this site and will be very surprised if I even receive the refund I'm due for not being allowed to order from a company based in Ireland, while I'm also in Ireland.

Avoid at all costs.

Been using ecirette.ie for over a year and i can say they are far and away the best vape company I've ever dealt with. Only ever had one issue with them and it was caused by the courier company (never, ever use fastway), they rectified the and resent the order very quickly. Also the customer service rep was so helpful! Great company
