Again, save yourself some trouble. Do not waste your time and money on this organization. Their reviews, are very much skewed, because they spend all of their time on apps, trying to refute all of the complaining customers. As opposed to actually doing any work. If you would like further proof of this feel free to message me direct. To specifically discuss the problem: They will debit your account, yet won't spend a second on creating any sort of resolution.

"My account was suspended for a long…"

My account was suspended for a long time & I went to several agencies. Tiffany made it clear it could take a long time to get my account back. We had been dropshipping and violated many Amazon policies. We won’t lie — we got very aggravated at ourselves and sometimes impatient. Thankfully Tiffiany stayed calm and stayed persistent in the case. Highly recommend her!

"Very polite communication, personally would not use this service again."

I was told about the service provided here in brand ungating. Provided all necessary documents to the team handling the case. I didn't like that they were unresponsive at times when asking how the case was going. Paid a fee upfront to evaluate the case which is fine and I agreed to the terms laid out before proceeding. I was then charged double what I initially paid for because I was told the case needed more time to handle, I again proceeded to pay the fee. At the end of it all the case was never resolved and never did I receive a response of what happened. What I did receive was another bill to handle the case, mind you it had been more than 5 weeks and nothing was resolved. A bummer because $870 was spent.

I signed up for Eat Sleep Amazon's consultation services and I was very pleased. Tiffiany was very patient and detailed in explaining how I could reach my Amazon FBA goals. She was very thorough about what the numbers need to look like if I want to make a certain amount and was very direct and realistic, which I appreciate. "Professional & Meticulous Service"

Eat Sleep Amazon helped me to recover my deactivated Amazon Seller Account. It was a tough case where another company couldn't resolve. Tiffiany was patient, professional and meticulous in her approach. It took some time before she assessed the real problem with my account, but it was necessary. When the POA was submitted, I reinstated my account in less than 24 hours! And this was after more than a year of suspension. I am grateful for all that Tiffiany did.

My Amazon account was deactivated and I was referred to Eat Sleep Amazon by a friend. They were extremely professional and tedious in their work. I would have never been able to get my account back without them. They made sure to cross every t and dot every i to ensure a successful plan of action that would lead to account reactivation. The process took about a month mainly because I had to find receipts and invoices that I had originally lost. If you have all your receipts and invoices in order from the beginning the process will be much faster. They answer all their emails in a timely manner and are very honest with you about what your outcome could be. They wont even take your case if they don't think they can win it. I am so grateful to have been able to work with this company to get my account back and would recommend to anyone whom has had their account deactivated. Thank you!!
