The doors were of good quality as described on their web site.
I did not order a door frame as it was too expensive .

Terrible customer service, refused to honour their terms and condition.

If you purchase anything from Door Deals make sure you will never need to return it. I ordered two doors, which while stated they were only primed, DoorDeals advertised them on their website as needing no further painting. "can be purchased and hung without the need for further finishing" Complete nonsense, primer was extremely thin and came away when touched.

Contacted DoorDeals to return the doors, under there "Not as described" terms. They wanted me to cover the cost of return and then had the audacity to say I need to pay to have the one door I opened, wrapped again. How can you inspect a product if your not allowed to open it?

Explained all this via email to DoorDeals they stopped replying, phoned them twice but no one was available to take the call. Promised a call back..... No call back.

I'm sure they sell good products and provide service with them, shame that if your not happy or wish for a refund your just ignored.

I placed an order for £975 worth of doors and frames on the 13th November 2018 and had to e.mail on the 19th just to find out when they would be delivered. I did get an answer saying one item was out of stock. They delivered on the 28th November and the 3rd December. The quality of the items was ok and delivered by their own vans safely in good condition.
