J’ai perdu 1 200 € à cause de Sepulchral Silence SL. Après avoir utilisé leur service, mon argent a été bloqué sans raison, et malgré de nombreux messages envoyés, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse de leur part. Leur support client est inexistant, et ils ne semblent pas du tout professionnels.

Si vous tenez à votre argent et à votre musique, fuyez cette plateforme. Je regrette profondément d’avoir fait confiance à cette entreprise. Un vrai cauchemar !

I had a terrible experience with Sepulchral Silence. They suddenly blocked my account without any prior warning, claiming I violated their copyright rules. When I reached out for clarification, they never even told me which release supposedly broke their rules. Zero transparency, zero communication. If you're an artist looking for a reliable platform, I'd highly recommend staying away—you never know when they might shut you down without explanation.

Du bist ausgeliefert! Habe einen Strike erhalten, da angeblich tiktok behauptet ich hätte manipuliert, dabei habe ich nicht mal ein tiktok-Konto. Jegliche Recherche ob und wie ich angeblich manipuliert hätte blieben erfolglos. Aber ich durfte 30 Euro zahlen....Auf Unterstützung oder konkrete Auskunft darf man bei Sepulchral nicht hoffen. Das sind Baustein-Mails und es heißt einfach, dass man gegen die Anit-Fraud Regel verstossen hätte. So was könnte man auch Denunzieren nennen. Das ist wirklich das EINZIGE was man Sepulchral ankreiden kann. Ansonsten war ich bislang zufrieden, zumal das Ganze ja eigentlich ohne Kosten ist. Nun ja, nicht ganz, auch Steuer wird abgezogen.
