Item received earlier than it was stated. Excellent service. I don't know whether the price I have paid is less or more than other businesses offer for the same item. Had inquired little bit, but this business had only one piece left, hence I ordered immediately without detailed inquiry.

"Unresponsive after sale"

Pros-prices are a little less than other companies.
Cons- do not respond to email, or phone calls, did not provide an invoice and therefore I am unable to obtain warranty service for an instrument with a bad reed that I received from them. Also shipping items that look different from current models without original packaging which may not be authentic Hohner. Unable to login using saved password or to reset password on account in order to access documents. This company seems like a scam.

Pas fiable.
J'ai commandé un harmonica chez eux le 01/11, il n'est toujours pas arrivé au 17/11. Pourtant il était indiqué un délai d'expédition de 2 à 5 jours lors de la commande. Le pire est que ce même délai est toujours indiqué pour cet article. Vu l'extrême lenteur j'ai demandé l'annulation et le remboursement de ma commande et cela aurait dû être effectué sans délai. On m'a juste répondu d'être patient. J'attends toujours mon article Mise à jour de cet avis le 20/11: L'article n'est pas encore reçu. J'ai posté un avis négatif directement sur le site d'harmonica land. Mon avis n'a pas été publié et vous pourrez constater qu'ils annoncent sur leur site un taux de satisfaction client de 10/10.. Ceci s'appelle de l'autosatisfaction.
