Unfortunately did my parcel never arrive.it got stuck in the mail and couldn’t be retrieved. The shop promptly refunded me but could not replace the order, because the product was out of stock. The communication wasn’t great, their WhatsApp number didn’t receive messages, using the contact form didn't result in a reply and only my third attempt (via email) was answered. Much room for improvement.

It is so difficult to buy wooden toilet brushes in the high street. B-eco had the options of size of brush and shade of wood at a really good price.
