We had an issue with a data transfer from CuraCubby to our school's billing portal. Sam Kim worked with us VERY patiently, and he was able to grasp the complications of our various situations and make appropriate adjustments. We are so grateful for his partnership, and we felt very well cared for throughout the process!

"When I recently had an issue setting up…"

When I recently had an issue setting up an account with curacubby, I contacted customer service via email. Their response time was superb! They got back to me and did some troubleshooting until the account was made. Not only did they give me the necessary steps in creating an account but they also followed up to ensure all was well. Exceptional customer service and a great way online to manage student’s profile. Thanks curacubby!

"Curacubby is an excellent way to manage team/family registration for your business"

Curacubby is an excellent way to manage registrations for your business. The customer service is TOP NOTCH in trouble shooting and helping out when there are questions regarding sign ups, financial issues, etc. Olivia in particular goes above and beyond in her responsiveness and problem solving. There is a real personal touch to all of the customer help we have needed.
My only suggestion would be notifications when registered families payments fail. We do not know when those fail and would appreciate admin notifications when that happens.

"Exceptional Customer Support"

When I recently had technical difficulties while filling out a form, I reached out for help with customer service at Curacubby. I was so surprised and pleased with how quickly and assertively I was contacted by the company. Rather than engaging in a game of phone tag, Sam at Curacubby emailed me and offered me a few options to schedule a phone call with him. He called me promptly at our agreed-upon time and stayed on the phone with me patiently for at least a half hour, walking me through a troubleshooting process that quickly solved my problem. He was professional, warm, and above all, knowledgeable and efficient at solving my problem.
