Curacubby is an excellent way to manage registrations for your business. The customer service is TOP NOTCH in trouble shooting and helping out when there are questions regarding sign ups, financial issues, etc. Olivia in particular goes above and beyond in her responsiveness and problem solving. There is a real personal touch to all of the customer help we have needed.
My only suggestion would be notifications when registered families payments fail. We do not know when those fail and would appreciate admin notifications when that happens.

Rather than engaging in a game of phone tag, Sam at Curacubby emailed me and offered me a few options to schedule a phone call with him. He called me promptly at our agreed-upon time and stayed on the phone with me patiently for at least a half hour, walking me through a troubleshooting process that quickly solved my problem. He was professional, warm, and above all, knowledgeable and efficient at solving my problem.
