This company won't give a refund on items that did not turn up and has been returned buy delivery can I please have my refund as I didn't receive an item just been blanked now need my money back now I emailed every day since 10th day to day I just want a refund want so hard

Ordered and paid for next day delivery with Evri. The vape did not arrive and the tracking did not update . With great difficulty contacted the company and they offered me a refund of postage when the vape arrived. Except they only gave me a credit on account. Funny how when chased Evri delivered next day. Wish I hadn’t paid for next day delivery and company should have refunded not credited.
After reading this review Grey Haze contacted me and fully refunded delivery charge

Placed an order on the 24/7 and paid for next day delivery, now the 30/7 and still no parcel to be seen, contacted grey haze on the 26/7, they acknowledged my message and said they're "investigating" but had no contact since, definitely no urgency from them, save your money and use VapeSuperstore instead, they won't steal your money. Update, parcel was "lost" by Evri, so without asking or requesting they've re-done the order, don't want the order want a refund, but they're ignoring me now, presumably so they can ship it before they reply, ITS COMING STRAIGHT BACK

Bought two of the same item plus accessories. One didn’t work. Contacted customer service with details and a video of the faulty item. They asked for that video again, in slow-motion! As if that would tell a different story! Won’t be ordering again after this lack of service. Not worth the hassle.
