"You get what you pay for"

You get what you pay for.
After about 5 weeks the bag is falling apart. The threads on the strap are undone. I did not misuse or over pack this bag. No one is answering the phone.
I've left my number in hopes of a resolution. I am highly disappointed since the amount I paid led me to think there would be some quality. It's not worth it and I have learned my lesson.
I want a REFUND!

"I like my handbag"

I like my handbag, but the bag has white stitching which I could not see in the pictures. I do not like that. I ordered the bag in cognac, but the black version probably has black stitching and would look better. Other than that the handbag is great. Wonderfully quick response to my questions as well.
