I would like to recommend the tax faculty, in particular Charles, who I spoke to on every occasion that I contacted. Absolute privilege to be able to speak to someone who is so informed and professional. I find CGT very confusing, but Charles took the time to explain it so well and has really simplified the process for me. It has been off and on during the process however it was overall great.


I was very reassured from Charles in October, their was no property tax due. The property tax calculation was completed and a resubmission was done a while after (Charles was ill so there was some delay.) We are now waiting on a refund from HMRC to return payment and them to review Charles submission of the correspondence. Overall it has been a good experience.
