"No way to contact"

No way to contact, no responses anyways. Love my bed but mattress is shocking can feel everything through it to not recommend this company. Bed is under 2 year old mattress lasted around 6 month before becoming unbareable to sleep on!

Awful company. Our Ottoman bed broke within a year of having it so well within its warranty with them. After trying to contact them with no response, we made a new enquiry through the website and called them off different numbers to see if we could trigger a response. One of the calls caused them to call us back, and from that I started telling him we’d bought a bed last October and it’s now broken and he blocked my number. Avoid at all costs. We are now taking it higher to the Ombudsman to see if we can get some if not all of our money back on this and get this company closed down.

Awful company do not buy from them I got dubble bed for my son and it broke with in 2 weeks of getting it I rang them up numerous times and got no were they put the phone down on me the slats do not even tuch the sides properly either dose anyone no who I get in touch with to take further absolutely shocking

The man on the other end of the phone said “uuuhhh” and then hung up. Since then we’ve had no contact with them and the bed is unusable and we are out of pocket for it. Avoid at all costs. Do not buy a bed from this company, they are no longer an active company but are still accepting payments through their website, I was issued a refund last week through PayPal and today the refund has cancelled because the seller doesn’t have any money to refund me with, absolutely avoid this place, the customer service is disgusting and he’ll read your messages and ignore them, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered it last week and it arrived yesterday!

Fantastic service through out, messaged to say I had a few questions and they rang me straight away and answered everything I had asked.

Bed and mattress is honestly unbelievable quality it is absolutely gorgeous we are so made up!

10/10 for quality and customer service.

Big thank you to the delivery driver as well who helped my partner get it up the stairs and explained what each part was so when he put it together he knew what he was doing, the driver also made sure he did not leave in till we had checked we definitely had everything that we needed.

Took my partner about 30 mins MAX to put up and was really easy to assemble.

I even had a few questions about the slats when wed put it together, messaged them right away and they come back to me within minutes!

Also the bed was honestly exactly like the pictures as well!

Absolutely fantastic experience and excellent workmanship. We bought a superking divian bed with end opening in black and the quality and workmanship is exceptional. The price is very reasonable for the quality and the payment options are fantastic where you can pay in installments through a number of options. Delivery was on time and on the arranged date and went really smoothly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is on a budget and looking for quality. Will be purchasing all future beds and mattresses from here. Thank you guys

I bought two beds, one single and one double with matress, the mattress is so comfortable and comfy. Moreover, the design of beds are luxurious.

"5* experience without a doubt!"

This really has been a 5* experience. Delivery within 3 days. I received a phone call whilst I was looking through after I’d enquired in the chat about a specific bed. The call was unexpected (and I hate talking on the phone) but I came off the phone feeling so glad that they had called me as the man I spoke to was so helpful and really eliminated any reservations, doubts and recommended the right bed for me… and it definitely is! The bed frame is such great quality (I got the small double, steel velvet ottoman divan) and my 1000 spring pocket mattress I bought with it is so comfortable. My biggest fear was buying the bed with the mattress as I did this with a different company with my previous bed and the mattress just didn’t last and was poor quality however, the mattress has came and so far I am in heaven 🤩 it feels like such good quality and the company also gave me advice on mattress maintenance (when to flip etc.) and how they would see to any issues if I ever felt there were any which really reassured me and confirmed my choice to buy. The customer service has been next level, I even had an enquiry when assembling the bed (at 9pm at night) and without hesitation the company responded and offered a video call to take us through step by step which we appreciated so much! I will be recommending this company to everyone I know, a very happy customer🙋🏽‍♀️
