Dealing with DNA Paynents was very easy from the start. Sales rep Dylan arrived within the week and explained everything. After agreeing, my card machine and payments were set up also within 1 weeks. I could use the terminal as soon as I opened it. I would recommend DNA for all your payment solutions and Dylan as your sales rep.

You should be ashamed of yourselves, playing with people's livelihoods, especially in these times!! I was interviewed 2 months ago almost, then given the job, this is before i went an worked my notice, in a job i was in for 5 years with stability and respect...being told my offer letter was in the post, and confirmed.
Bought a car, prepared myself for the training course in 4 days time, only to be told, the company aquired a competitor, an the offer of the job has been retracted! Dam you DNA PAYMENTS!
I separated from a 27 yr marriage, and disabled child that heavily relied on my financial help.
Now, i am jobless and the bills are stacking up.
Shame on you.
Playing with people's livelihoods and lying to us.
Weeks on i am in depression.

Rang your so called company number, which nobody answers!!
What you have done to me is morally wrong..i pity your clients.

We have been dealing with Dylan Maynard at DNA Payments and he’s been really helpful, he even visited our place of work to explain everything about the card terminal even though it’s really easy to set up. The card machine looks professional and we’re looking forward to using it within the Nutrition Clinic in the coming days.

This company is dodgy and fraudulent. They exploit contractors for their company’s services and refuse to pay them. They work in hand with GTS International to short change contract job seekers and then attempt to intimidate you thereafter. It’s unbelievably unethical.

The card machine can't go in 2022...stopped working.. From 1st Jan to 11 Jan.. 2022,refused to give compensations.... As software to blame but lost of business...they don't care as small letters cover their crime...
You need to wait...for terminal, software to update... You are in que to replace... No timing...
How on earth payment regulator allow...

Do not trust these people! The guy came to see me and said he could do a price for me and tried to get me to sign the contract with no price on it. Sed to speak to his friend who he rung who then tried to confuse me. Say one thing but charge another. Do not touch this people with a barge pole.
