"Disappointing Quality and Service."

This was the second jersey I ordered from the site, and the quality was extremely disappointing when it arrived. This was particularly frustrating because last year I purchased one for K290.00, which was of much better quality than the K400.00 jersey I ordered this time. Furthermore, the customer service was extremely poor. I waited over three weeks without any communication. I sent countless emails, called customer service (their phone was off for over a week), and even emailed management—none of whom responded. I had to go so far as to contact a rider who once delivered a package to me, just to get in touch with someone from the team. Even then, I wasn’t given a clear reason for the delay or any believable reassurance. After many calls and messages, I finally received the product, but it was of poor quality. If I could give zero stars, I would, but since I can’t, I’ll give one star.

"Atrocious Customer service"

Atrocious Customer service. I had previously taken down a negative review the last time because the plus 260 team eventually reached out to me after numerous attempts to get a hold of them and getting ignored. I'm convinced what really compelled them to communicate is mainly attributed to my negative review. I instantly took down my negative review because I have had excellent service from Plus 260 in the past and it was only reasonable to give them the benefit of doubt, however, the reason I got from the team seemingly sounded like a made up story. I'm wondering whether I should get a refund now because I'm utterly shocked and disappointed by the lack of communication or regard for my concerns. I'm starting to draw a pattern from the way I'm getting ignored and looking at how poor the service has been from the other reviews I've been reading, it's clear to draw a conclusion, plus 260 standards have really dropped.

Hello, I purchased the Samsung stereo headsets about 6 weeks ago. The product itself is a little iffy and I was surprised by the quality because most of the stuff I've gotten from you guys is top notch. And I've actually ordered these same headsets before and the quality was way better. The other thing was the bad service I received, which was weird because you guys always have amazing customer service. But this time I was basically ignored. There was barely any communication for my concerns (cause the headsets took a while, and I mean a WHILE, to come). I even reached a point where I thought they'd never come and I'd have to get a refund. I hate to write all this, cause like I said before, you guys have such great customer service but this time it was a let down.

The phone took over 3 months to arrive after the last payment and my queries about it were largely ignored (for weeks sometimes).
Also, the phone is getting really hot when charging

"Atrocious service"

They took 2 months to replace my phone screen, lost my phone camera, damaged my network antennae (and failed to fix it) and then failed to give me a refund.
On top of that, they rarely called to give an update and I had to keep calling throughout the process to find out what was happening. To date, they won't pick up my calls about a refund.
