Not transparent re products, refuse to accept liability for missing parts and faulty items and want to charge for returning faulty items. Shocking company and would most definitely advise potential customers to look elsewhere.

Item lost between warehouse and courier! Fair enough but no replacement offered. Still waiting for refund 10 days after their payment was received. Contacted PayPal and 5-7 working days for them to receive refund then 3-5 for the refund to hit my bank a/c. Really NOT happy with this experience. All the more annoying as my payment was received on the purchase day

I really hate writing bad reviews because it's someone's business.
We ordered a range cooker from Renew2U and our mistake was we didn't unpack it straight away to check it. We didn't need it straight away and wanted to protect it in the packaging. Our kitchen was being built and we left it the protective packaging. It was the very last thing to be moved into the kitchen. We carefully unpacked it and to our horror the bottom oven was completely smashed in . The warming drawer in the other side was also badly damaged. We contacted Renew2U and they weren't very helpful at all . Yes we should of unpacked it sooner! The damage was clearly a fork lift truck. We had to contact the manufacturer ourselves and thankfully they can come and repair it. The problem is with Renew2U is that they don't have stock of the same appliances . So if you kitchen was built around your oven like ours- that poses a big problem. We sent them photos and they said they could give us 10% back - which never happened. For the sake of saving a couple of hundred quid - buy your expensive appliances from a supplier that you know . Lesson learnt on our part.
