"Good supplier, timely delivery"

I purchased few IP phones for my company. I am happy

Bought a vac from them. Was charged an extra delivery charge (not disclosed at checkout) and when the vac arrived it was not uk spec. Useless! As it had a power takeoff socket also EU, I am completely unable to use the machine for its intended purpose.
Despite claiming to be a UK company the machine was despatched from Sweden and shipping note described the machine as used.
I contacted the company to discuss returning the machine and after exchanging a few messages they stopped answering completely.
I’m now stuck with a £500 industrial vac I can’t use.
