"Disastrous"

this repair team are a complete disaster, for anyone thinking of using them regarding a repair, you are wasting your time, it is a repair team that exist in name only. Repairs and appointments are something that is beyond their very limited capabilities.

"Avoid very poor customer service and uncared about safety"

i have contacted you many times regarding 170 Potterhill Road, glasgow, G53 5UU. i informed you that there is water pipe passing through my property (from loft to bedroom and to the ground floor- 3 level inside my property). and the water cock is on my property which should not be the case.it doesnt belong to me. It causing leak at my property and i must close the water to avoid bigger damaged. If I close the water cock, your tenant will be without the water. That should be removed from my property as it is causing leaking and damage to my property. I have called you many times, no results. Lastly, I got called from your housing officer area which completely lack of customer service. While on the phone, she put phone down. i was trying to explain to her the issue and she jusy hang up. Her name was Sandra. Same happen today. I need this to be sorted ASAP as you leaving me only with option to close the water supply to my neigboor as more and more damaged is caused.
In case of future leaks there will be no other option but just to close the water supply.
Again, it is not save for me or my neighboor. if he have some leaking on his property he will not be able to close.
You sent the plumber from your side and he knew that this must be solved urgently.
i hope this will be sorted ASAP please

"Never works / Fake Program- Despite Platinum Status no upgrade"

Despite Platinum Status no upgrade, the hotels never know your status. Booked a 15.000 € Stay at a Tivoli hotel directly through hotel, as the reservation through GHA doesn't work. Tivoli does not recognize status nor benefits. Completely useless

"The scourge of Social housing provision"

As a working household our experience of Glasgow housing association is one of frustration topped only by rage and a sense of incredulity. The housing officer in charge of our tenancy was interested only in obtaining a rental arrear, which happened through a financial mistake and was appropriately resolved. The housing officer chased us for repayments like a terrier chases a ball but when asked for clarification on a kitchen replacement disappeared faster than Boris Johnson's thinly veiled lack of integrity. Before disappearing into the social housing eather said housing officer formed myself that GHA housing only replace kitchens every 25 years regardless of condition. The draft coming from the poorly fitted windows and doors leaves our home colder, in the winter, than a polar bears posterior and last but not least: when trying to get our energy meter changed from prepayment to credit via smart all the fittings were placed to close to each other this left no room for the slightly larger smart meter. After contacting the housing I was asked to fill out an online application for an internal alteration. 8 days later and still waiting on a reply, plus after reading through it I'm partly convinced they sent me the wrong application. GHA are a prime example of how a large unchallenged, poorly regulated provider of social services can get away with disgraceful service provision yet make an absolute financial killing in profits.

"My daughters house smells like a sewage…"

My daughters house smells like a sewage plant because the GHA refuse to fix the plumbing that is faulty . Over three years of phone calls and feeble excuses from GHA ..but no repairs .. three children with asthma and constants chest infections. The youngest being 2 years of age . Sewage rises up through her toilets and overflows. She has had lino replaced four times but GHA continue to ignore her . Despicable ...utterly despicable ..I must apologise for this review as it was aimed at GHA Housing Association..not this GHA . I apologise again

"I WAS tenent for 21 years."

I WAS tenent for 21 years.
I was never behind in my rent and asked for nothing as regards internal upgrading.
Having said that, any major repairs fine by GHA team were completed to high standard, only problem being staff, nine knew what was needed, absolute FOOLS.
Last five years of my tenancy I had above me a new Rumanian tenant.
From first day they took keys it was utter Noise, Noise and more Noise.
Over that 5 years of trying to resolve noise via H.O. nothing was done.
I had no choice but to leave.
To pending tenants, check who's above, if from East part of Europe, forget it, there a nightmare and H.O. will help you 'not a jot'
