Update : During these pandemic tough times, No country allowing international traveling and when the airlines itself cancelled flights, these guys charged me $150 fee to return my money back even after being a customer to them past 5 years. They don't know - how to treat a customer or how to retain a customer. There is no way I'm going to book tickets with these guys again.
Please be careful with these guys.

Never trust these guys!! To the core, they cheat customers. I have booked a ticket for my father in law and mother in law. Due to some reasons, my father in law unable to travel, and I wanted to cancel this ticket and keep my mother in law's ticket as is.

I called and spoke to their customer service team. They checked for a long time and came back with an answer that the cancellation fee is USD 450 whereas the original ticket is USD990. I have requested many times to cross check this as it looks completely off. However, they insisted that I need to pay this or loose the entire USD 990. I trusted these guys and went ahead and paid USD 450 for the cancellation. I lost USD 450 here.

My mother in law traveled as planned and she had to return back earlier than the date of return journey. I called again and spoke to their customer service team, they advised that the fare difference is USD 550 and penalty is USD 150 which is a total of USD 700 to change the booking.

I got suspicion and called airlines directly the minute I disconnected call with these guys. It took a while to get a customer service team member, however, to my surprise seats are wide open for the dates I requested the change and airlines only charged me USD 104 to change the booking and there is no cancellation fee or fare difference.

So, I would have gone with these guys, I would have lost USD 600 straight and I think I have already lost money when I cancelled my father in law's booking.

Be careful with this company, when I called them, they don't want to share manager's number or name so that is the kind of company they are running.

Wanted to leave this review so that people are aware of what is going on with this company and be cautious!!

Very good customer support and the agent (Pallav Shukla) worked with me for more than an hour to get the things done. Got a good deal and fair price. Also i had to reschedule previously booked tickets . that also went through smoothly. Good team backing up.helping to fly.
