"Great helmets made by a Great Team"

I got many helmets and Hedon ones are my favorites by far. Their quality, how it fits, options to design and customize (even Sena are installed on them) made them to stand out among others. It is true that other helmets may have other accessories that aren’t included in Hedon but I didn’t miss them wearing them. I felt much more comfortable with Hedon ones. But what made them really outstanding is the team they got behind to made Hedon possible. I live in Vietnam and is not easy to import goods here and Hedon Team (Linz was always there for me) took really care and were patient to help me with all the back and forth when any issue happened (almost full 2021). They always attend my questions in a very quick and useful manner. Great brands are always made by great people and in Hedon, the team is amazing for their dedication and care.

"Custom made helmet"

My crash helmet was custom made for me. To say it exceeded all my expectations is an understatement. The helmet is such a work of art, with first class craftsmanship, I haven't worn it in anger yet, but have it as a piece of art in my office. Of course I bought another Hedon helmet to wear, and I love that as well.
Oh, and customer service levels are unrivalled. Thank you Hedon.

Great customer service, efficient, knowledgeable, caring and courteous. I have wanted a custom Hedon for a while. It's a phenomenally made and finished product. Rarely these days does a premium product really deliver, but in this case it's beyond my expectations.

"This company has awful customer…"

This company has awful customer service. They don’t do a good job responding to inquiries. Their US website supposedly had a glitch and they allowed me to make a purchase that they canceled without contacting me. In addition, I incurred additional fees as a result of their mistake. Of course, they don’t care.

I own a Hedon helmet, it does get high marks on smelling good and looking good. That being said, the padding isn’t removal, it doesn’t come with basic accessories like a chin curtain, you can’t properly install a communication unit, and it doesn’t come with an adequate warranty.
