Poor attention to detail /accuracy. James Smith is the only one who is experienced and others are just juniors with less experience. James does not attend all inspections. If hiring, please ensure you obtain a fixed price for the entire job as they charge per visit and may cost double the amount of quoted due to checking and re-checking due to builder not completing on time. Will not hire again.

We engaged A1 Building & Pest Consultancy for our handover inspection stage. They did such a thorough job that our builder had to agree to a second hand over inspection, as the house wasn't ready for an inspection.

Our only regret is that we didn't use A1 Service to inspect all 4 stages (slab, frame, lock-up and final inspection). We highly recommend spending the money to have each stage inspected for full peace of mind.
